Don’t Give Up

It has been my joy and my mission to share my connection and my experiences with the realms that lie beyond this world. I am blessed and deeply grateful for it all. It has been wondrous but it has also been what feels like the complete opposite.

This I believe is the whole point, to balance these extremes. The trials and the initiations can make you feel like you will not survive them. The love that you feel showering upon you and the messages and synchronicities you receive are beyond what you could ever imagine.

You live in a world that for the most part makes you feel you don’t belong here and you feel this every moment of the day. When you are in nature you feel you are nature. You breathe with the trees, merge with the mountains and dissolve into the sea. This is your true home on earth.

You know there is a higher purpose to everything and you look at everything on every possible level. Your physical body is like an acupuncture point on the planet and you are constantly transmuting enormous energies through your physical body.

You are struck by revelations that make you fall to your knees, both wondrous and horrifying, and you must go through the arduous process of assimilating it all into your physical body and your consciousness.

You know you came here to do this.

You know that each and every thing you overcome yourself, each kindness given, each thing truly forgiven, each act of compassion, each time you raise yourself up and start again, each and every single beautiful thing, you are changing the world.

The journey to love, the journey to truth, the journey to remembering the incredible divine beings we are was not meant to be easy. This is the life where all our past lives are coming forward. This is the shake-up. This is the turning point. This is the where and how we help each other and this planet.

I have seen firsthand, by the grace of Heaven, a person who to the outside world seems to be suffering, is lifting the lives of strangers thousand of miles away. What each of us does is magnified a million times fold by just knowing that this is not a possibility it is a divine truth.

As this journey continues, more and more I am so deeply grateful for those who travel this path, for it is true that knowing that even one someone understands can feel like a lifesaver.

Those that read this are my fellow travelers. I am sending a note of love and appreciation for every one of you.

I understand.

I am with you.

Don’t give up.

Love Nature and Magic

This is a story of the way nature heals. This is a story of what love can do. And this is a story of magic.  I was having a very rough day and I was in tears. My husband knows that the beach is everything to me. It was the end of a long day and we were both tired. He said “Come on I’ll drive you to the beach.”

The moment we got there the dolphins arrived and they were very close to the shore. We rushed over to where they were and I was immediately filled with such joy. We watched as they swam out to sea and marveled at how this happened the moment we arrived. I wish I had time to get my camera to capture the moment but it happened just as we placed our things on the sand.

As soon as we got into the water to swim I turned and saw the most beautiful rainbow and then we noticed there were two.  Double Rainbow.

Then I felt something under my feet and reached down to find a rock in the shape of a heart.

I took some pictures of the beauty that was happening all around us. Sometimes the pictures come out blurry for no reason but that is when the magic shows up.

Nature is the healing balm. Love took me out of my sorrow and brought me to the sea. Magic is everywhere.

I am blessed.

Two cracks of thunder
split the sky
two cracks of thunder
I fall into the dream
or is it a dream
sound and energy
Force of nature
waking and falling
Feeling the power
It is mine to harness
to remember and restore
to divide or to merge
as it once was before

Two cracks of thunder
wake me and shake me
then sweet as a lullaby
rocks me to sleep
all with the knowing
that something has changed
something has shifted
and will not be the same
I must remember
the power and the dream
I must remember
who calls my name

Divine Communion

photo – Divine Communion ~ me ~ the tree ~ the guide

The last few years have been filled with magnificent joys and heart wrenching sorrows. It feels as if we must be stronger than ever to ride the waves of these kinds of huge changes that seem to come one right after the other with no breathing room in between. But breathe we must, and believe we must, for in between the sorrows and the joys the messages still come, the unmistakable messages of love and hope from places beyond what we can see. This is our grace. This is our spiritual foundation. This is the purity from which we enrich and strengthen our spirituality.

I have felt weakened, yes. Have you? I have felt lost and stuck and unbelievably weary. I have felt on the edge of falling with no net beneath to catch me. You can be taken right to that edge and we can see in world events what can happen when you do not have a foundation of grace that you are consciously aware of.

What saves us? The inner knowing that there is something so much bigger, that in spite of all the heartache and violence we are subjected to in this world, we have a divine purpose. Each time we rise above our own individual circumstance, each time we are not too far gone to recognize the grace and love that is showering upon us, each time we grasp the message coming from a loved one who has passed or a heavenly guide and benefactor, we rise to a new spiritual height.

We may feel we are failing, we may feel we are weakened by the struggles and the sorrows in our own lives and in the world but we are being tempered in the fires, we are being purified and transformed. Sometimes we have to will ourselves back from the edge, as we call out for heavenly aid. We must remember that in the fire of transformation and transmutation even our will is being tempered and strengthened. Spiritual alchemy is at work. Our awareness even through times of what feels like brutal change is the saving grace; constant vigilance and awareness of a higher view, constant releasing the obsessive need to know why things happen, rising above any kind of victim mentality and being present in every single living breathing moment. Being present to the smallest joys, a cardinal singing, the way your beloved animal looks at you, a kindness given, each and every precious grace.

And of great importance is allowing yourself to feel. Feel your sorrow, express your sorrow, feel your anger, speak your truth. Holding these feelings in for the sake of thinking you must not give in or that this constitutes weakness or ungratefulness, pushing down feelings, suppressing your emotions. This will only build up and up and become something much bigger than just dealing with it as it comes up. Know yourself. Know what you need to release, to move on. Feel it, cry it out, move on.

When you are awake, even through times of great stress, you will feel a pull, you will hear a calling. Nature will speak to you. The earth, our divine feminine home will call you to her. Go. She will nurture you and rebalance you. She will unburden you. She will remind you who you are. Wrap your arms around a tree before you go to work and thank her. It will change your life.

I believe in my heart that above other things the disconnect from nature, from the earth, is symbolic in the biggest way possible of the disconnect to the divine feminine. This has now manifested in so many ways. Ignoring humanities connection to mother earth and the desecration and disregard for her has shown itself in the suppression and dishonoring of the feminine in every possible way. The spiritual connection to the earth and to the feminine in all her majesty is crucial for our spiritual enrichment and survival. The masculine’s disconnect from his feelings and from his particular resonance with the earth has led us down a treacherous path.

So when you feel the call, answer her. Answer her for all those who can not hear, who will not hear. Answer her through peaceful times and challenging times. Offer up your own connection to her to something far greater.

Offer it up for humanity.

We are the earth.

We are the stars.

We are one another.

Do it.

Let’s do it together.

We were born for this.

Let us remember who we are.

In Honor of Earth Day

“When the first chakra is disconnected from the feminine Earth, we can feel orphaned and motherless. The masculine principle predominates, and we look for security from material things. Individuality prevails over relationship, and selfish

drives triumph over family, social and global responsibility. The more separated we become from the Earth, the more hostile we become to the feminine. We disown our passion, our creativity, and our sexuality. Eventually the Earth itself becomes a baneful place. I remember being told by a medicine woman in the Amazon, do you know why they are really cutting down the rain forest? Because it is wet and dark and tangled and feminine.”

~Alberto Villoldo

Pathway Home

In the forest deep love is quietly waiting
in the cool crisp night hope is sweetly breathing
among the falling stars streams of heaven greet us
paths of golden moonlight encourage us to wander
to wander and to dream beyond all expectations
to revel in the majesty of nature pure and splendid
to fill our hearts with all this world is here to offer
to breathe the stars of heaven and the sacred golden moonlight
to merge our own true nature with the trees the wind and sky
to plant our feet upon the earth with arms embracing heaven
to call upon our own true name and thankfully feel all blessings
remembering we are here to love to lift the hearts of others
to be the shining lights of love to guide our pathway home
