The world is constantly reenacting events in one guise or another. The same tricks that have been tried before are tried again. The pain and hurt of past traumas are carried within and triggered by these supposedly new events. But here we stand, still here, here we stand witness to yet another atrocity and here we bear witness to the old and natural way made new.
Standing Rock is the model for the New Earth. Old differences cast aside for the love of the earth and her people. As pure hearts gather, unite and rise in prayer they rise at all costs. The most pure and powerful prayers are rising and calling out to the ancestors and all benevolent spirits. The power of this gathering on sacred land, prayers and ceremony offered in peace is a power most sacred and most blessed.
No matter what happens, the purity and integrity, this stand for what is right and true is changing that which needs to be transformed. This is a spiritual and cosmic transformation of all that needs changing. Standing Rock is THE representation for ALL. All life, all people, all the earth.
Let us focus on the energies of raising our hearts in unity and prayer and continue to stand for truth and integrity for everything we know is right and true in every aspect of our lives. Each prayer we offer, each time we move towards more love and compassion, each time we overcome bitterness and anger no matter what the world presents we rise in unity and transformation.
There are forces that work to divide us, to weaken us with worry and fear, confusion and anger and they prey on our reactions to our differences. It has been overwhelming. We wish to retreat but remember we were meant for these times. We have what it takes. We were meant to rise up through extreme personal challenges alongside these extreme world events.
Breathe through your heart and feel the world united. Breathe the breath of Standing Rock. We are Standing Rock, each and every one of us. Thanks be to those whose presence there inspires and enlightens and no matter how it seems are transmuting darkness into light.
In a world divided we come together
heart to heart and hand to hand
breathing in the divine emanation
of love and faith and peace everlasting
filling our hearts with this heavenly love
and breathing our intention
upon our land and her people
breathing it out to every tree and every rock
to every body of water
to every bird and every bee
blessing ourselves
and our brothers and our sisters
expanding our intention
beyond illusionary boundaries
riding the waves of our multidimensionality
opening our hearts
to our sovereignty and divinity
illuminating all
that has been hidden and forgotten
and emerging as one
in the light of the new earth
As we pray and create ceremony for the Water Protectors at Standing Rock and as heartbreaking as this is, there is something beautiful taking place. I have been feeling it through my own tears.
Tribes and people from all walks of life from all over the nation are coming together in love and power uniting as one. This unity is creating a force field of love, compassion and oneness that is affecting all. In the midst of crisis and upheaval there is always something happening at the highest level.
An ancestral soul healing is taking place even in the midst of this brutal and disrespectful act.
We continue to come together through the heart of love and rise up as a people who are awake and working tirelessly for the conscious awakening of our world and her people.
May the power of love, prayer and oneness reign down upon this planet and heal the separation that continues to cause such pain and sorrow.
Last night before I went to bed I happened upon a horrific article about the State of Emergency in Florida due to the toxic algae covering the lakes and beaches of the East Coast of Florida. This is a man made atrocity. As I watched the video a manatee was struggling to breathe as she tried to raise her head above this disgusting travesty. I cried myself to sleep.
In honor of all life and my beautiful encounter several years ago with these incredible beings I share their message which was given during the Gulf oil spill. We have learned nothing.
Autumn Equinox
On the eve of the fall equinox they came, two huge magnificent beings of the sea. One raised just the top of her head slightly out of the water right next to me. It was shocking and frightening at first. I did not know what it could be. We backed slowly out of the water and tried to imagine what kind of creature could be swimming right next to me. Then we began to see two huge dark areas right next to us and something brushed against my leg. Now this was really quite frightening and unknown. We continued backing away. We were compelled however to try to see what it was we were encountering. Finally we realized there were two huge manatees doing everything they could to get our attention.
In a moment we went from fear to excitement and delight. We now called to them and invited them closer. One of them swam right up to us and raised her head out of the water. It was an incredible moment. She was beckoning us to engage with her and upon her invitation we spoke to her and gently touched her head.
This encounter went on for a very long time. It was a merging of worlds, a communion of beings. It was magic. The dolphins had been with us since we arrived for our swim and now the manatees had joined the magnificent procession. These gigantic gentle beings sent out their energy of welcome and love. We felt deeply honored and filled with joy.
They would swim a bit away and then surface with their heads together. They frolicked and raised their huge bodies and tails out of the water. We gasped with joy at each and every move they made. They were engaged in a beautiful dance of love and they allowed us to be a part of this incredible happening.
I felt that each and every part of this encounter was purposeful and knew they had come with a message. There was great meaning in all we were witnessing and they were determined to not only be seen but to be touched. I cannot begin to explain the feeling of this unexpected and unusual meeting and sharing. It was heart opening and brings tears to my eyes as I write this.
I have always felt at one with the sea. One of the reasons I love it so is the knowing that I am swimming with all the beloveds of the sea and sharing in all those energies of love and freedom and wisdom. As the sun set and the moon rose on the eve of the fall equinox, and the manatees continued their dance, the dolphins glided gracefully by and the birds filled the sky. With deepest gratitude and love I share the message the beautiful manatees have come to give.

We come to you with a message of love. We come to you with a message of thanks. We were directed by the Council of The Sea to join with you at this incredibly important and significant time. We recognize and honor the two who come to the sea with such deep connection and love. We have seen and felt your light. We invited you to the dance. We presented the unexpected and the unknown. You backed away for fear of what may be presenting itself from the depths of the unknown. Fear rose to the surface but deep in your hearts you felt the pull, for love and expansion, communion and transcendence were calling you home.
You welcomed us. You stepped forward, out of fear and into the unknown. It was exhilarating and magical, for the power of an open heart shall always show the way out of fear and into the light. And conquering your fear shall lead you to an expansion of consciousness and communication with many more realms and beings of light. This shall continue to be part of your experience and transcendence.
A message of thanks goes out to your community for your waves of love and dedication to the sea. Your open hearts radiating healing light across the land and out into the sea, healing the waters with an alchemical dispersant of love.
Your radiant heart lights, penetrating the crystal sands and merging with the power of the sun and creating the ultraviolet light of transformation.
We feel you. We thank you. We love you.
Our hearts and worlds merge as one, as in unity we communicate through this open dialogue of loving intention.
You felt our anguish. You answered the call.
The Council of The Sea issued a proclamation that more and more shall these loving encounters take place. More and more shall we feel one another and remember one another.
The opening of The Universal Heart has been magnified by your own heart light, your transcendent crystal sands and the mighty power of the heart of the sun. For in unity we have come together, those of the land and those of the sea.
All forms of water beings, from the depths of the sea, from the springs and the lakes, from the rivers and streams call forth that balance be returned to the earth.
We come with this message of balance as the balance of the fall equinox is upon us.
We come with this message of unity and thanks as we wish to acknowledge all that is being done in the name or restoring balance to the earth.
As your healing thoughts and prayers and ceremonies have created the alchemy to heal and balance the waters, we wish to acknowledge that major shifts are occurring not only in the sea but everywhere.
May the healing waters and the beloveds of the sea nurture you as you have nurtured us through these unsettling days and may you know that what you do is transforming and transcending all.
As we continue our deep work within, the veil continues to thin. The veil continues to thin during this time on earth to open our hearts to much much more. To free ourselves from what we think is. For what we think is, is an illusion. And who we think we are is a speck of who we are truly destined to be.
These beautiful emanations of love have come to heal us of our ancient wounds and lift us to a place of peace and unity and comfort, for they are the Comforters.
These emanations resonate with every cell in our bodies and spark a remembrance of truth in our hearts. Gazing upon these colors and shapes is like listening to a beautiful symphony, one so beautiful it makes you weep. It is a symphony of love and truth and remembrance.
This is the next cosmic step.
This is the merging of worlds

I have been reminded at this very moment in time of a magnificent event I was blessed to witness. As my best childhood friend was in hospice and her passing was eminent I visited her late one night. I was sure she would pass in a matter of hours. Her words were garbled and she was in and out of consciousness. However the next morning she was sitting up bright eyed and lucid and wearing lipstick. I was so astounded by this incredible awakening I asked her what had happened. She told me that the angels came last night and that she spoke with them. She asked them to give her more time and this they granted her. I immediately got my journal and wrote down everything she said as she rose out of a very drugged and weakened state and spoke perfectly eloquently.
Sally’s message:
“The angels were looking at me and said, mind, body, spirit, thought, were to be together these last few days together. It is very possible the angels said, we could be together even though we don’t declare that we want to continue living in the physical form. That’s ok. Every day is anew, there is a penchant for that.
I told the angels I am best with both. I won’t be crazy when death comes. I am best with both…living and going.
The angels were happy, they felt miraculously happy, miraculously happy, that you are happy and free, that I was happy knowing that even every minute counts, that everybody mattered in my life.
I heard you last night Gail. And when I go I will touch hands with Mary Magdalene. And when I go, the spirit world will open up to you and what will be will be and you are going to be sanctified, unbelievable, and everything will be the second world for us. But for now our world is here and that is why we cry. “
May we all open our hearts to the second world for the time is surely at hand.
The distractions of the world are designed to keep you from looking within. The violence of the world is created to keep you in fear. The injustices of the world exist to keep you dissatisfied and all is combined to numb you and keep you in an unnatural state.
What if we were able to remember this through it all. What if we were able to live in our hearts not to pretend that the world does not exist but to be able to truly know that we are here to be the acupuncture points of love on the planet.
It is getting harder and harder.
What if we made it our top priority to get to the point where it becomes easier and easier no matter what comes, easier to remember our own true nature, easier to live in the light of Christ Consciousness. And staying awake, so awake that we are constantly going within to root out what truly lives within ourselves in our own lives.
In what ways do we contribute in any way to what takes place on the outside? Who do we judge? Where are we dissatisfied? What triggers our own anger? What fuels our own distraction?
I am looking within. We are all living in human bodies come to be the light and balance in a world gone mad.
We are needed now more than ever.
Breathe
Stay connected to nature
Pray
Call on the Beloveds
Sing and dance and paint
Do all it takes to keep your heart open
Love everyone around you
Look at those in your life who you have a difficult time being around. Think of every small thing in your life as the microcosm of the macro because it is. Rededicate yourself to this endeavor.
Look within.
We must do it in our own individual lives to raise the consciousness of tolerance and peace and unity.
It matters not how much work we have done or how far we think we have come. We are all being triggered in huge ways by the escalating events on the planet. Timelines are merging. Past lives are as if they are happening as we bare witness to the never ending atrocities.
I have been made to see where in my own life these seemingly small issues are contributing to anything that is not of the highest vibration. It is like a punch in the stomach. Time to get real. Time to wake up. Time to pray for the clarity and the courage to look within. We have talked about this inner work forever and we have done much but we are at a crucial crossroads and we must begin anew.
May we raise ourselves and dedicate ourselves to creating peace in our lives and upon the earth. May those who suffer find comfort as we breathe ourselves into our highest place of love.

The Sisterhood
As I prepare for this journey of the heart and soul I have been surrounded and lifted by my sacred sisters. As I walk this path I do not walk alone. I can feel the love pouring into me from my closest friends and from sisters far and wide. I have received emails with the most beautiful loving wishes. I have received sacred artwork, music, hugs and kisses, gifts and a gathering of my nearest and dearest to see me off. And I have received much more, something so beautiful has awakened in me. It is the true remembrance of the Sisterhood.
I can feel the beautiful souls throughout all time surrounding me, nurturing me, loving me, singing the ancient song of the feminine divine. This is a loving power that can change everything. This is a beauty that is rooted in love and wisdom and oneness. For many reasons we have forgotten this incredible bond, this lifting of hearts, this truth loving, this singing to one another our powerful womb song.
When we are not remembering we are judging one another and hurting one another or simply not seeing one another. But there are some who remember and their love is so bright and their beauty so magnificent it is transforming the world. I know this is true. These women live by the heart. These women live by the soul. They are one with the earth and with one another.
I have been having a revelation these past few days as this incredible feminine energy has washed over me, filled me and lifted me. This Sisterhood will save the planet. This Sisterhood is saving each other one woman at a time because your sister is you and you are your sister.
When you encounter a soul sister who is awakened to her true self a new part of your own self is awakened and bit by bit we continue to awaken to all we are and ever have been and all we need to remember.
Today I bow deeply and I give thanks to all the shining, courageous, loving sisters who continue on the path of truth and sing the song of the feminine divine. The sisters who remember who we were and who we are meant to be, to carry this world out of it’s darkness and back into the light of holiness and oneness, unity and peace.
I thank you for lifting me time and again, for reminding me over and over who I am and why I am here and most of all for love. For the love of the divine feminine is exquisite and sacred and is awakening like never before.
